Convention News!
6/10/07
It's finally time for one of my favorite conventions
ever:
Heroes Con
in Charlotte, NC, this very next week-end (June
15-17th). This is my second attendance as a guest at the
show and can't wait to meet again my good friend Shelton
and all his terrific team: a group of comicbook fans who
really puts the show together with passion and love for
this medium. I also can't wait to see old a new friends,
professional and visitors, all the beautiful people
which makes this show something you don't want to miss
:)I will be in
Indie Island at table #508. If for some weird reason I
get a different table, it will be enough just to walk
around a bit in Indie Island: the area is not that big
so it should be easy to spot me :)
See you guys there! :)

Two Tales in the upcoming Image anthology 24/7 Vol.2!
I can now officially announce (since I turned in the
pages ) that I will be part of the second vol. of the
Image anthology 24/7.
Ivan Brandon was
gracious enough to invite me to contribute to it and I
happily accepted and contributed with not one but two
stories. The first one, at 4 page story titled
Confession, is
something I am very proud of since it's my first time
where I did everything (story and art and even
lettering). The second one is based on an illustration I
did some time ago. The excellent writer,
Macon Blair, took
all the elements from the illo and built a very unique
and cool story of 13 pages. Titled
ANDY, It was a blast to draw and I hope
you will enjoy it as well.

POST SCRIPTUM: The Un-Scripted
Adventures of Paul Stone
Post Scriptum is an experimental comic from six artists
(Dan McDaid,
Daniel LaFrance,
Emil Zuga,
Fede Milella,
Francesco Francavilla,
Robert Hack) also
known as the 6-Pack.
The story started as a jam and quickly turned into a fun
action adventure. The story features the strange
experiences of secret agent Paul
Stone, codename Post Scriptum (P.S.).
The first story, "Rocket Love,"
is an unscripted romp with no pre-planned plot--it's
just 6 artists trying to outdo each other on a very cool
adventure, each picking up where the other left off. To
make things even more interesting, we've decided to do
the first story with no dialogue.
For updates on the developements of this series please
visit the
comicspace
page
or the temporary
official website where you can find also
pinups and files on the 6-Pack. Hope you guys keep
following us and enjoy the stories.

The last
book of the Image run of Fear Agent is finally here! It
is also a special issue since it's not part of the

would suggest to hunt them down because the series is
really good).
I was really fun to draw the good ol' Heath and I am
looking forward to future Fear Agent stories. (see the
preview in the sequentials page of this site)
Synopsis:
An issue long "Tales of the Fear Agent" illustrated by legendary Italian illustrator FRANCESCO FRANCAVILLA! Convention News!
2/23/07
First of all, let me thank all the kind guys and
friends who stopped by my table at MegaCon: it was
really great to meet old and new fans of my works and
meet also some of the artists I have been in contact via
web for awhile now. Orlando was strangely cold for the
Florida Standards, but you guys helped to make this a
"warm" experience :)
Next I will be attending
AtlantaComicsExpo
in Atlanta, GA, on April 21st-22nd. This is the first
edition of a show which seems to have a bright future
since it is put together but the same fine folks who
make DragonCon such a cool show every year. I am really
looking forward to it and I will let you know table and
location as soon as I have those info.
And after that there is Heroes... :)
